What's the schedule of events?

Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, from 5:30-9 p.m.

Road closures will begin on Dec. 7 at 3 p.m. Portions of Gerault Road, Spinks Road, and Garden Ridge Blvd. will be closed. These closures will be in place until after the event concludes at 9 p.m.

Parade begins at 6 p.m. at Spinks Road and Lexington and ends at Gerault Park (1200 Gerault Rd.), near the Flower Mound CAC. It's about a .8-mile route.

Where

The tree lighting ceremony will be at the big tree at the CAC, you can't miss it. More than 100,000 LED lights on the 50-foot-tall Christmas tree will turn on, we will ohh and ahhh. There will be fireworks after the tree turns on.

This part is important: Shuttle Service & Parking
There is no parking on site at the Community Activity Center. Parking and shuttle pick-up is at Bakersfield Park, 1201 Duncan Lane. Shuttles will run from 5 to 9:30 p.m., including one ADA bus. This is kind of a bummer, maybe you can park at a friend's house who lives nearby.
